Your company has a management group containing multiple subscriptions for different departments. You need to grant a security team read-only access to monitor all resources across all departments. Arrange the necessary steps in the correct order.

Navigate to the Access Control (IAM) section of the management group in the Azure portal.
Create a security group in Microsoft Entra ID and add the security team members to it.
On the Members tab, select the security group as the assignee, then review and assign.
